Majority of Portland pot shops sell to minors during first state stings

PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon’s recreational marijuana industry was just subjected to the state’s first minor decoy sting, to see if retailers would sell cannabis to minors. In December, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission conducted the sting at 86 recreational marijuana retailers across the state.
